In the summer of 2001, Tropical Storm Allison devastated southern Louisiana and southeast Texas, particularly Houston. The storm flooded the lower level of the University of Houston Law Center and, as a result, the Journal’s collection of its early issues was destroyed. The Journal now hopes to rebuild its archive with the help of its longtime subscribers. Subscribers who have and are willing to donate or sell to the Journal any of the below issues may contact the Journal’s Managing Editor at: hjil.managingeditor@gmail.com to discuss available options.
To complete its collection, the Journal needs the following:
Volume 1: Issue 1 and Issue 2
Volume 2: Issue 1 and Issue 2
Volume 3: Issue 1 and Issue 2
Volume 4: Issue 1 and Issue 2
Volume 5: Issue 1 and Issue 2
